At approximately 11:50 am, CoSINe helpdesk received reports that a website was returning a 'Varnish 503 Service Unavailable' error. We quickly found that this effected our entire Drupal 7 web stack.

Service was restored within about 20 minutes.

We found that there was a disruption to our network file system. Restarting server web services has restored websites to functionality.
