CoSINe Community Users,
To ensure the safety of our staff, most CoSINe employees will be working from home. As you can imagine, our support ticket volume has increased considerably during these past few weeks. We are doing our best to continue to provide the support you need.
CoSINe help desk remains closed to walk-in visitors. CoSINe helpdesk staff will continue to answer phone calls and email ticket requests during this time. If you do have an issue that requires in-person visit let us know through phone call or email and we can setup an appointment time for you if no alternate support can be made.
If you do come in for an appointment you are required to wear a face mask and abide by the six feet social distancing mandate. Our helpdesk staff will wear gloves and clean any computer surfaces that must be touched.
