We have found that the current version of PHP is hitting a known bug that is causing the web services to go down.  We are going to upgrade to a current release of PHP, that has this bug fixed, on one of the four web servers and see if that server remains stable.  If the server shows to be stable we will then upgrade PHP on the remaining three web servers. There will be no downtime for web services when we make these upgrades.

Detailed downtimes:

Feb. 15th - ~11:50 - 12:10pm

Feb. 15th - ~8:00pm - ~11:00pm

NOTE: Most pages will continue to be served from cache even if the backend web servers are down. Only pages not in cache or are set to "no-cache" will create an error page to be shown.
