A floor switch serving 168 drops failed due to a bad power supply. The power supply was replaced and the swtich is now stable. The outage lasted 33 minutes.

One of the switches serving the basement, first floor, and second floor has failed. It appears to be hardware failure and we are looking at replacing the equipment. 

Areas impacted are the in the south half of the building and are mostly in the basement and second floor. A few ports on the first floor are impacted. Please note that Wireless is not impacted.
