After troubleshooting the issue the decsion was made to reboot all the servers in the web cluster which resolved the issue. The root problem was identitfied and no further outages are expected.

At 1:19pm Cosine started experiencing an issue with our website cluster database. While almost all pages appear to be working for anyone browsing Cosine websites, they are actually viewing a cached version stored on a Cosine webserver. This means no new content will show up on websites until the problem is resolved. Again, to website visitors, information posted prior to this afternoon will display appropriately. Those who login to edit webpages will be unable to do so.
We will post an announcement on our website once full website functionality has been restored.
