Recently Cosine has seen email being delayed up to an hour due to an email appliance. This has happened a few days in one to two hour increments, generally during peak email usage. As of 9pm 10/29 we believe we have adequately addressed the issue. No further email delays are expected. Cosine is planning on replacing this email appliance in the next few months provided it continues to function as designed. At no time were any messages lost.
