Update - 6:45 PM - The mail delivery issue is resolved and new messages are delivering normally. Deferred messages sent during the outage will continue to deliver as the mail queues are emptied.

The university is currently experiencing mail delivery delays between on-premises mail services to Exchange Online. The delay started at 8:30 AM this morning. We will update this post when we have more information.
