As many of you are aware, last Friday's Microsoft update adversely affected computers with Outlook 2010 installed. You’ll know you’re affected if Outlook does not look like it normally does. Microsoft has recalled the update and we have cancelled pushing it to computers that had not received it yet.  We are currently working to identify an automated process that will back out the update for those of you affected by the flawed patch. A quick solution is to call the helpdesk (541-737-5574) or submit a ticket requesting an upgrade to Office 2013. The upgrade process can be completed in under 15 minutes in most cases.
